"My car broke down right before Christmas. I found excellent reviews for Murphy's Autocare online and when I called Triple A for a tow they also highly recommended them. I am glad I took my car there. I have an older vehicle and it had a lot of repair work that needed done as well as I wanted to get a broken exhaust system repaired. Ryan worked with me every step of the way. He was extremely courteous and answered any questions that I had. I really liked how I was emailed price quotes, inspection results and pictures of my vehicle. I have never had any other auto repair place email me anything! Ryan gave me a comprehensive breakdown of future recommendations for additional things I need to do soon and I will definitely be returning to them for all of my auto needs. Any time I have had my exhaust system replaced at other places, it took days just to get the parts in. With that and a vehicle that wasn't even running, I was plesently surpised when Ryan let me know my car would be ready the very next day. He even offered a rental car and a shuttle if I needed a ride while repairs were being completed. I was able to pick up my car on Christmas eve and she is running so much better now. I appreciate everything Murphy's Autocare has done for me and I will highly recommend them to others. I even received a courtesy follow up car to see how my vehicle was doing. They really care and that is hard to find at most repair shops today!"
