"Service as usual was great. Only complaint is that when I called to make the appointment it seemed like they would not be to busy. When I got there that was not the case. I know my car sat for the best part of a hour before work was started. I think it would have been better to see if it would have been possible to come in next week when it might be less crowded. Then instead of waiting for my car for 3 1/4 hours it would have been closer to 2 hours."

"When telling mike (owner) of my problem (a very bad vibration when applying the brakes) he listed what could cause. He called me later that day to say that the rotors only needed to be turned down on the front and that nothing else was needed. Mike was very helpful and did not do other work not needed. I will take all of my auto repair work to this shop."
