"Had a brake light go out and like a dummy i called two Jeep dealers,got put on hold for a long time to find out i had to make a appointment for a few days later..Convoy Auto has done alot of work on my car and also my wifes car.. They said bring it in and it was done in 15 minutes at a price i was VERY happy with. You will be very happy with the help and work at this dealership A++++++"

"i had been bringing my truck to the local dealership since i bought it there.it was very convient because its at the bottom of my street where i could drop it off and walk home and wait for the call to pick it up.i didnt have to bother anyone with transportation.but i always got grief from family and friends whenever i told them how much they charged me for a job that i just had done.i always shrugged it off cause i would say convience comes with a price.but there were definitely a couple of times where i felt i really was getting ripped off.the last time i went there for service i picked up my truck and they didnt say anything.i went to put some trash in my truck monday morning and it wouldnt go in the bed when i lowered the tailgate.it was dark and i couldnt see what was in the bed so i got a flashlight and noticed some metal shield lying there.that really pissed me off cause nobody told me or wrote it down on the bill i paid.that was the final straw telling me it was time to look for another place for service.i went to 2 other local garages and jason was the lowest for labor beating the dealership by 43 bucks!!!!!!! my brother said to go to pro automotive because his company sends their trucks there for service. im glad i listened to my brother.jason quoted me 200 bucks and the job would take an hour and a half.the dealership said it would take 3 hours and cost 359 bucks.big difference!!!!! i will now being doing business with jason for all my automotive needs."
