"Jan 2015. I recently interacted with Harry, Jason, and Chuck. Harry & Chuck are older, nah, experienced and have "been there done that." Jason is younger. These guys work hard and do their best to fix your vehicle right. With an older vehicle, sometimes there's only so much you can do, due to the original brake design for instance, but these folks don't give up easy. I find them practical, knowledgeable and best of all, humorous. Every shop will invoice appropriate fee for the service, and why not, but it's a pleasure to have that 'human element' in the interactions since it lowers the stress and disruption anxiety a little bit :)"
