"I reserve 5 stars for long term satisfaction. This is my first time using Godfrey. The Young woman at the desk was efficient, knowledgeable and polite. Good communication via phone and email. The work seems to have been done well as the car is functioning properly and warning lights are all off. I am very pleased that they found some work unnecessary. It gives one faith in the necessity of recommended work. I was not charged a service fee for work found unnecessary as a I have been in other shops. All prices seemed reasonable for a BMW."
