"From the first time I stopped in, needing an emergency wiper replacement in a snowstorm, to the multiple times I've been back for oil changes and repairs to my 12 year old car, I've been treated like family. The service is always fast, reliable and done for the estimate. Everyone in the shop is courteous and friendly, and they explain what they had to do and why, and also recommend other services that should be done within 3-6 months to avoid breakdowns--but never pressure! "I have been coming to Joe's for at least 15 years, probably more. I live in Orinda. I had a 01 Audi A-6 that was maintained by the shop until I sold it in 2014 with over 125,000 miles. Same with my 01 Toyota Highlander, bought new and sold 2014. Both cars were excellently repaired and i never had to take back the cars for an error or mistake by the mechanics. They even pick you up at PH Bart and take you home when you leave your car. I also had my daughter's 2005 Mini S serviced and the work was excellent. they even caught a needed air filter change in the engine intake for the turbo that was not done by the dealer as it should have been(filter was black & almost totally clogged )."
