"Chris is a great rep - he explained everything well. The overall inspection discovered a few issues. The mechanic couldn't get into my trunk, ( latch is broken but the key works), no big deal. It did take all day, but that was okay too. The main thing - I was handled in a very professional manner. Thank You."
