"I have had some poor experiences with mechanics in the past. It took me quite a while to find one that I trusted. Then I moved and had to start all over again. From the moment I initially spoke to Adam on the phone regarding my car I had a feeling that things were going to go well. When I did bring my car in I was greeted warmly and they efficiently got to the root of my problem fully explained the issue and offered BY FAR the best price I have seen from a mechanic. The work was completed in a timely manner and I even got to use a loaner vehicle overnight. When I picked my car up Adam fully explained what they did and offered a couple of other recommendations to make my car run as well as it could. Couldn't be happier. I hope I don't have any more issues with my car in the near future but if I do it is comforting to know that I can bring it somewhere honest. Thanks!"

"We've been coming to Westlake Indedepent since we bought our used Acura in 2006 (maybe 2007) . Now, we won't buy anything but Acura or Honda.....wait, I take that back, we'll consider Subaru now since they now service them. This place is the best automotive service anywhere."

"They treat you with utmost respect, excellent customer service. Although I feel it always costs too much go repairs, I feel like their service and warrantes totally are worth it. After saying that, I really don't know how their prices compair. Given the make and model of my car, their costs are probably comparable. I haven't tried other shops because I trust this one so much."
