"Heritage Auto Repair is very customer-oriented, honest, and the price for any given repair is competitive- meaning their price meets or beats most estimates that I've compared them with. They are knowledgeable with many different vehicles- I'm assuming they are current with most/all technologies and trouble-shooting. Their honesty extends to things like free oil changes for military vets once a year....... who does that now-a-days? I can't remember ever being presented with pictures of a potential problem, but Tony gave me two or three pictures of the area on my car to show that it was not a problem at this point, saving me money, and worry. Nobody likes facing the times we take our vehicles to a repair business, but these folks make it as painless and pleasurable as possible. I would not hesitate recommending Heritage to anyone, and I have done so recently."

"I had my 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe inspected at Hometown Garage as a second opinion in October 2014. I received a hefty quote from a primary garage nearby, and arranged with my employer to travel to Hometown Garage to verify. I arrived after a brief search. The place is sparse, and you may have to keep your eyes peeled to find them, but you can feel the pride they put in their service. Employment-wise, I am about as far away from the automotive industry as you can get. I've had a few runins and miscommunications over the years, and haven't we all? So when I check out a new automotive shop, I'm sensitive to a place that not only communicates clearly, but has the knowledge to back it up and makes me feel like my vehicle and its needs are in good hands. A place that makes you feel like you've been a customer for years, even though its your first time there. John and his crew were clear, direct, to the point and fair, and you can feel the respect they have for eachother. I believe this place has a bright future. To me, it's similar to eating at a legendary hole-in-the-wall restaurant in town. Sure, it might not have the most up-to-date decor, but what matters is the food. And the same goes for here. What matters was the service, and John and crew really delivered for me. If you're looking for a fair destination for your automotive needs, check this place out. Were I a little closer, this positive experience would make me unquestionably make Hometown Garage my primary automotive location."
