"OK. Here's their latest test.
They replaced my radiator in my '98 Town and Country. Then 5 months later, the radiator cracks about halfway down one side. Not their fault, right? Defective part.
So what do they do? They tow the car at their expense, test the engine to ensure that it wasn't damaged by heat, and replace the radiator at their expense, in one day. Even tho it wasn't at all their fault!
I wish I could give them more stars.
It does NOT get any better than this!"
