"I can't speak highly enough of this repair shop. In an industry where folks constantly wonder if their mechanic is ripping them off, I've had cars fixed worry free for 10+ years at LBR. There have been many instances along the way that prove that honesty is LBR's policy, but the most recent was when our '99 Jeep went in for a safety check before a cross country trip. LBR thoroughly checked out the vehicle and came the to conclusion that it really wasn't safe to drive that far and let me know that it was on its last miles. Sure, it sucked to hear that news, but another repair shop would've quickly taken the opportunity to fix all the problems for thousands of dollars and I'd still be stuck with a car on its last leg. I'm a lifer with LBR and when that Jeep does give out, you can bet I'll be taking my next car to LBR."

"Vehicle would not start.... Had it towed to dealership who then informed it would be 8-10 days before it could even be put into the bay to run a diagnostic. Had it towed to Schertz Automotive Car Car Center that evening ,,..it was fixed the day before lunch!!!! They called me every step of the way to keep me informed of what they found and progress being made. They are always courteous, helpful, informative, provide excellence service and it is all done without it being forced, they are True Champions of auto care. Honest, Dependable and affordable!!!!
