The customer service and communication was exceptional. My car was finished in a day at a reasonable price - something I don't get at the dealership. The shop was clean and the staff was knowledgable, accommodating, and friendly. The next time I need repairs or service, I will be going to Virginia Auto."

"Customer service was excellent, however, after an "inspection" to a vehicle, you would think one would notice an unplugged connection to one of the cylinders. The car was running very strange after I picked it up. After Googling the issue, it was an easy fix. I shouldn't have had to do that.
Other than that, the oil change was nice, but the fluids were not topped off, or tires rotated as stated on advertisements.
Polite people, just potentially looking to take advantage of people who know their car to some degree. How can you miss an unplugged cylinder outlet?"

"I would tell them, that my car had had a noise for a long time that sounded serious and that my regular mechanic had been unable to diagnose. I took my car to Portola Valley which was recommended by a friend. Tim and Tom drove my car, listened to the noise and found the problem and fixed it."
