They are great at explaining what is wrong with my car, and they never do any work on it until they have called me to let me know how much the repairs will cost. I have a list of repairs that are needed, but we always take care of the more urgent repairs first and then tackle a couple of the repairs that are on my list. I feel they are honest, friendly, very courteous and I would highly recommend them."

"I shopped around for pricing on this job for front-end work on my 911 and Auto Europa was competitive. What none of the other bids included, however, was a 3 year warranty on the work. I've been around a lot of auto repair shops over the years and I've never seen this offered. Plus they provided a loaner, plus the owner test drove the car and provided me with an informed opinion about the vehicle overall. The owner, Andrew, is very knowledgeable about cars which I think is an important factor in choosing a repair facility. I have several cars and will now be getting them serviced at this facility."

"AutoWorks Car Care is a very impressive professional & personal auto service provider. We were out of state travelers driving on Utah Highway 6, developed car problems & were towed to this AAA approved service center in Payson, Utah. Everything was handled by this friendly staff, who went out of their way to make an auto breakdown & repair into as pleasant a visit as possible. TJ arranged for the proper car part & also hotel reservations for the night, owner Shaun provided transportation to & from hotel & mechanic Paul had us up & running before noon so we could continue our journey to the northwest. The cost was very fair & the quality of service was terrific.
If we lived anywhere near Payson, AutoWorks Car Care would definetely be our choice to service our vehicles. R & J Anderson, Washington State"
