"I got a flat tire in my driveway. Jaime was there within an hour to change the tire and put on my spare. He also took the tire back to the shop so they could determine what size I needed to replace it. My tires were in bad shape so Jonathan gave me a good price to replace all four. I dropped my car off at night and my tires were replaced the next morning. I picked my car up the next day and am now riding safely again. Their service was outstanding! I would definitely go back again and am recommending Skillman to all my friends. They were awesome! Thanks guys!"

"I have been taking my family's vehicles to Integrity Auto repair for several years. I have been 100% satisfied with the service and repairs. These people are beyond fair, standing behind their repairs longer than the standard warranty on the parts has expired. The best thing I like about Integrity Auto Repair is that they have always been able to explain and show me why repairs are needed or parts replaced so I know they are not trying to take advantage of me. My adult children continue to use them because they are so reasonable and fair."

"Mechanic fixed the problem, but it took 2 full days to do it. It would help if when they diagnose & tell you the problem, that they also tell you how long you will be without your car. Good feature is that they emailed me an inspection report with pictures, which I was able to forward to my brother so he could advise me what to do. When I came to pick up my car, the service guy at the desk told me how much it would cost & asked me how I was going to pay, which was more than I was quoted. When I asked to see the bill, he hesitated. Actually, good service would be to present the bill first, with a professional explanation of what was done & how much, then ask how I want to pay it. Not the other way around. No one wants to pay a bill that is higher than they expect, without seeing the bill first. The other guy at the desk politely offered to show me the part that was replaced. Maybe to make up for the lack of tact on the part of the other guy at the desk."

They were willing to point out service needs that could wait for a later date, and were never pushy. In some cases, they initially thought one thing needed repair. They did that repair and the problem continued, so at no cost to us they put the old parts back on and found what the real problem was. There have been several times they have done this. Because of this, I know they will do what needs to be done for my vehicle without trying to make me pay for unnecessary repairs. Their prices are competitive. They might not always have the absolute lowest prices, but they do quality work and are honest in their service. I've never had to worry about my vehicles running well in the 5 years I've been taking them to All Star."
