"2006 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab I've been to Pearl City Autoworks twice now and both times have been great experiences. They have great customer service and very fair pricing. The first time I went to them was to repair some wiring for my driver side window. Once they took a look at it, the mechanic spoke with me about the repairs needed and the front desk gave me the price. I went to dodge and another shop to take a look at it and pearl city autoworks quoted me half the price for the same exact job! The second time I needed maintenance done on my truck was for upper control arm bushings. I dropped the truck off first thing in the morning and they called me to let me know they were just about done so by the time I got there it would be ready for pickup. Most shops get done with the job and just wait for you to figure out you need to pick up your vehicle. My truck runs great and they didn't burn a hole in my pocket. I think one of the best things about this shop is that they don't BS you about doing more work than what is needed. I always get second opinions to compare pricing between mechanics and so far Pearl City Autoworks have been the only ones who haven't tried to scam me or tell me about problems that don't exist."
