"Services were recommended (e.g. coolant replacement) that I had done on my last visit. When I went to leave, I could not get into my car because another car was parked so close that I could not open the driver side door. It a very long time to get the other car moved, and when the other car was moved, it made me very nervous because it came to within less than an inch of my car."
