"I know very little about cars and I don't know how to tell if a mechanic is telling the truth or trying to pull one over me. The work that All Star has recommended and performed on my used car has all been explained very plausibly but is also considerably expensive. My most recent issue was a jerky transmission, which All Star diagnosed as shift solenoids out of range and repaired for $1500+. The parts were $900 so there was a significant labor cost. Moreover, when I got a second opinion, the other shop did not think I needed any special transmission work done, which was worrying. Not knowing who to believe, I decided to trust All Star and pay up. I would say that All Star is like the Apple of the car world: very expensive but hopefully it just works. Kendra was really great at keeping me updated and I was able to use a loaner vehicle for free for the entire time that my car was in the shop, which was about a week. Additionally, All Star sent my car to a transmission shop for a special inspection at no cost to me, which was fantastic. I will be back even though my wallet will complain."

"I have used a number of shops over the years and the team at Autologic care about the car, you and the work that is performed. I have rarely had to come back for any follow up, and it has always been handled quickly and professionally. They are patient with questions, clarify the work than needs to be done, communicating through the process as to any changes that are found once in the engine, and anticipating future needs and consolidating work in order to minimize the number of times and expense pf the labor of puling the engine apart. AND the car was cleaner inside than I have been able to get it. The ceiling had some water spots I had not been able to remove, and I looked up when I picked it up and they were gone!! Awesome job."

"I was very pleased with this shop. It's always hard to find a shop to work on your car that you really trust. They explained EVERYTHING to me, step by step. Very detailed. I spoke with Domenico throughout the whole process - great guy.They could feel out that I really couldn't spend a lot of money and I felt the empathy they had for me - they were very kind. They really did a great job for the budget I was on. They also give AAA discounts which is such a score! Everyone was great! I will be returning soon to AutoLogic for a oil change soon!"

"They were friendly, communicated very well through out the process and the day---keeping me posted of what was ocurring, and they gave me a ride home and back to the shop after my car was ready. In addition, Tom explain some aspects to look for for future and gave me information to follow-up with if it became necessary for adjustments or follow-up work. Felt cost were good and they were not "looking" for things to jack up the price."
