If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?

"excellent job as usual.noticed interior was vacuumed and air freshner put in vent.smells awesome.last week i went to a sox game and on the pike i was preparing to stop at a toll booth i pressed the brake pedal and it went all the way to the floor and barely stopped in time from rear ending car.when i got to parking garage i noticed trail of fluid and splatter all over left front tire.master cylinder was empty.i bought brake fluid at store and that didnt help.i left truck at pro automotive that nite.picked up truck next day after work.jason said bolt holding bracket rusted off and broke a small section of brake line.he fixed it and said no charge.i was shocked!he is the best and im sorry i didnt go to him as soon as he started his own business."

"Los Gatos Auto Service seems to be a victim of their own success. They do a great job at a very reasonable price. However, as a result, if your vehicle repair is not urgent, you may have to wait a bit longer than normal. If the repair work is not urgent, though, it is well worth it. The repairs done were of the highest quality and the price to do so was extremely reasonable. If I can handle the wait again, I would take my vehicle back in a heartbeat. Kudos!"
