Boise, ID	Vehicle: 2013 Mini Cooper - Service Requested: 1) Oil & Filer Change; 2) Replace & Register Battery; 3) Repair Detached or Broken Hood Release Cable; 4) Repair Driver's Side Parking Light. -- I provided the Oil, Filter & Battery, so the only cost was their labor. When I picked the car up, the total was $689.60, and the Parking Light was not Repaired, they also forgot to Register the battery until I asked, when I picked up the car. I also had to ask what the labor rate(s) were, since they are not broken down on the invoice, nor do they appear anywhere on the website. I was also promised a courtesy vehicle inspection, but was told they did not have time to do that. They had the car from 3:30 pm Monday until 9:00 am on Wednesday. My Review: Almost $700 to open the hood, change the oil & filter & replace the battery is just too much for incomplete, sloppy work. I see from other reviews, that they are apparently capable of doing very good work, but sadly, that was not my experience.

Airmatic repair on a M-B. But acceptable after 198000 miles. Yep, they're my go to car professionals.
