They recommended a newer alternator that gave a better output to the battery. And they cleaned up the connections from the alternator to the starter and then to the battery for maximum results. They left no stone unturned, and also knew the configuration that Mercedes Benz had used.

I previously had my car with over 400,000 miles serviced at the dealer who now only wants to do current vehicles and replace parts not repair.
