"All the ladies out there...this is important! The guys at Craig's are so great about taking time to explain everything I want to know to me, and never talked down to me. They're exceptionally helpful in finding the problem with my car, advising of what SHOULD be done vs. what COULD be done, and the negative impact of work not done. They have yet to do anything without first advising of the work, time it would take, and cost. If they ran into something else in the process I got a call before any action was taken/money spent. I have 3 cars, none very new so I need a lot of help with cars and these guys are really, really attentive, responsive, respectful, and the most professional I've encountered in a long time. I truly thought these kinds of shops were a thing of the past and am so glad my friends told me about them!"
