If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?
"Provided great detailing work! They have done great work on two of our vehicles. I like the convenience of being able to drop it off in the evening, they call the next day with an estimate, and then I can pick it up the following evening. I love not having to deal with the traditional "closing at 5:00 p.m." issue. They also give excellent work and for an excellent price!"

"Portland Automitive is consistantly great. My first priority with auto repair is trust...and they do all they can to establish and maintain it. If work doesn't need to be done now they'll tell me so. If I stop by and ask them to check something out that turns out to be ok they don't charge me. And when the do work they do it well. What more can you ask for?"

"They took care of my electrial problem that we had. The charge was reasonible and their service was outstanding. I will return with any problems or service I might have..."

"Great job at a great price. I have been taking my 528i to a local BMW dealer, who always did great work, but at a sky high price. I believe that the dealer was honest, but not very cost conscious. Chris replaced a $5 part on the radiator, where I suspect the dealer would have replaced the $800 radiator. It is hard to compare, but I think I saved half today. Chris is a very nice guy in a scruffy shop, who cares about your car, delivers, and does it right. Smart right."

"We are fortunate to live down the street from Craigs Car Care. He has a great shop and we store our boat there for a reasonable price. We have a '99 Suburban as our family vehicle. Although it is 12 years old and 137K miles, we like it because it's big and we can get all of our stuff in it. We have driven it up into the mountains west of Denver in a snow storm and as far south as Brownsville/S. Padre Island in the heat of the Texas summer. We wouldn't be doing this if not for the trustworthy maintenance done at Craig's shop. They have repaired a broken bearing in the 4wd transfer case, installed a new transmission, and removed and replace the engine, plus given me advice on other smaller jobs that I did myself.
I am a professional aircraft mechanic, so I scrutinize maintenance more than most people.
We like Craigs Car Care and highly recommend it to others."

"They have always been honest and up front with me - and I have never been overcharged."
