"I was to get belts changed on my van and the technician did a routine safety check, that is done on all cars in for repairs, and saw that one of the wheels on the van was so loose it could come off at any time. They didn't want me to even drive it home. I was given a loaner car and they repaired it the next day. If they haden't checked that wheel, I could have been in a terrible accident."
