As a BMW Z4 owner, the work they did for me this time was, as usual, top-notch, reasonable in price, and finished right on time. "We brought our 2007 Expedition EL in for a problem we were experiencing some of the time. No 'check engine' lights were on and there was nothing to indicate anything was worn with the car except a persistent 'missing' at certain RPM's. With nothing to go on and finding nothing specifically wrong with the car, the techs at Roys suggested a tune up including changing spark plugs. I was somewhat skeptical because I knew there was something wrong, but figured it couldn't hurt. The mechanics worked on my car on Labor Day and had it ready for us to cart our five kids around for the upcoming school week. I cannot believe how great the car is running! I can't remember it feeling so smooth and running so well. Who would have thought that a simple tune up could make such a difference. I am impressed with the quality of work, the fact that they worked on the car on a holiday, and the honesty and integrity overall. I am clueless about mechanics of vehicles and I could have easily been taken advantage of. It's refreshing to know that Roys Automotive has continued the honest tradition they have become so popular for throughout the years."
