"Adam did a great job of serving our needs. The repair was handled in an expeditious, courteous manner and my wives car is running great following the work. I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants good work done. My only concern is the way labor cost is charged. Rather than actual cost it uses book values for specific tasks which can be overstated and don't reflect the actual amount of time needed. The actual amount of time is usually a function of the competency of the technician so I'm assuming the book values are based on an average of technician skills. Franks has excellent technicians and we hope they are able to repair work faster than book value. We are not wealthy and any savings we can realize is needed."
