If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?
"Fine"

"Thanks to Roy, Mike and techs for the great service replacing our car window regulator. Good-bye to the duct tape and hello to the fresh air."

"You guys always do a great job. I have trusted your work and pricing for a long time and appreciate going back and back and back. See you soon when next I have a problem (but I hope not too soon). Cheers"

"My car broke down on the 15 near PRIMM at 2pm on a Friday. AAA took me to German Motors. EVERY staff person I dealt with was extremely helpful and friendly. They assisted me with a ride to my hotel, called me with updates and called after the work was done and I was home to make sure that everything was done correctly.Although a breakdown and car problems are NEVER a good thing ...........dealing with German Motors was a GREAT thing.Thank you Ramon and Sean and the team that worked on my car"

"I feel 100% satisfaction of the workmanship of your BMW technican. However, my daughters car was in your shop for almost 6 weeks was disappointing. I understand there was a bit of an issue, however, even after parts were ordered and recieved, it still took 3 more weeks for the car to be completed. Which in essence cost me a total of $3,200 in commissions, due to the fact, I had to leave in middle of appointments daily, to pick her up. So the $2,500 bill is actually much more since I lost a lot of money because of car not being finished and multiple cars being worked on at same time. I will continue to bring my cars here, but I hope in the future, repairs can be done more quickly. I still think you folks are the best BMW service co., in Vegas. And I refer all my friends with German cars to your business. I hope this survey does not sound negative, I am just being honest. Thanks again!"

"I ha e been going to Franks for o er 7years now. my last or most recent visit, I found to be the same as my first. I am given a guestimate of price, a call prior to doing any work, a call when my car is ready to be picked up, a wash as well, and addressed as Mr whenever I enter. If e er I need a ride to my destination, that too is provided. I don't ever recall having to take the car back in for the same job that was worked on. What more does one want than that? Free maybe, but how is one going to make a living?"

"I just got a service reminder about my '91 Bronco. MD Automotive serviced my Bronco someyears back and did a great job. These are nice people. Thay ALL speak & understand English. When you talk to these people, you don't have to repeat yourself. They 'get it'.I sold that Bronco in '09. It was still running great @ 418K miles, and everything was working like it should, thnx to MD Auto."

"The guys at MD diagnosed and fixed what needed fixing and nothing more. There was a minor problem with a bent stud and lug nut. When I took it back they replaced it at their cost without any hesitation or questioning whatsoever. Incredibly friendly, very informative and extremely thorough and patient in their explanation of what needs to be done. No complaints at all!"

"I have been using Loganville Auto Repair for the last two years. I have been very satisfied with the service. They are very friendly and do a great job."

"We went to Snellville Auto for a pre-purchased used car inspection on a 3 year old car with very low miles, which we thought did not need one. After RW had a look at it and gave us the breakdown, it was $50 well spent for an hour of his time. He pointed out a tear on the tire, various cosmetic fixes that were not visible in sunlight and also of and unusual rear brake wear. RW was extremely knowledgeable about cars and extremely friendly. He answered all my questions as well. With mechanics like RW, who analyze your vehicle critically while educating, you feel like you can separate the fear and risk of a car breakdown. A car will have problems| that is a given. But with honest mechanics like these guys, you need not fear getting ripped off. And if you actually USE the education they provide, you can run your car much longer. They do not do a OBD scan of the status codes as part of their $50 pre-purchase inspection but I have my own scanner so that was not an issue for me. In the end, we went back to the used car dealer with their report and asked them to give us new tires, change the rear brakes and fix the various paint job errors (some could be fixed by detailing but not all). But either way, having RW give his OK on the rest of the car was great peace of mind."

"As usual I received great service at Snellville Auto Center. Everyone from the front check in to the mechanics that service your car are all first rate and treat you like family."
|
"As usual, Eastside Bavarian did an excellent job on the service of the classic 83 320i. Their continued maintenance program has kept this car running perfectly."
