"Woke up to a flat tire so I couldnt get to work: called All Star Auto and Greg immediately put me at ease saying they would take care of it. After work I called and Troy came out and changed the tire, while changing it he saw something sticking out of the good tire in the back. I follwed him to All Star and Troy repaired the second tire as well, saving me from another flat. I rely on All Star because of this kind of service- I am a single older woman and know nothing about cars, I am glad All Star is there."

"A little feedback: Your guys were working so hard, but the flow of those needing immediate servce flooded your lobby, your bays and some customers, sadly, had to be turned away. Great job in being so busy, though, you may consider to hire an office manager who can triage the customers needs, can contact customers if their vehicle is not yet finished, and/or call customers asking for routine service/maintenance, that your shop is behind and offer to re-set their appiontments, rather than wait until they show up to say, "I am sorry, can we have you come back a different day?" We appreciate you, just hard to see myself and/or other customers have to be turned away... only to come back to another mega-busy day at the shop. Take care and keep up the increadible work."

"I took my car in to have the engine replaced by a reputable car repair service. I talked to Greg and he is the greatest!!!!!! He listens to what you would like done and then will do that, if there is a better way he will suggest that to you and allow you to decide. I am very happy with the job completed by Luis and now the car is as fresh as it was direct from the factory!!!Be sure to talk to Greg, you too will be very satisfied!!!!!!!!!!!"
