"Just moved to Vegas and my neighbor (a Mercedes owner) referred me to Frank's Mercedes on Decatur near Sahara. I had my SLK230 serviced for scheduled maintenance. They were awesome, and my car was clean, shiny and spotless when I picked it up. They offered me shuttle service and left a complementary bottle of water in my car for me. Polite, efficient, excellent communication/follow up and fantastic service. I am one very satisfied customer and will only take my Mercedes to Frank's from now on."

"My car failed a smog test. I brought it to Renson to have the problem corrected, which you did. Took it back to the tester and it failed a second time. Back to Renson, who checked it all out again for no cost, then took it to a smog test only station and had the smogging done for me - and of course I PASSED. The original testing station evidently didn't realize something about the EGR valve on my model car and failed me without cause. Thank you, Renson! You're my heroes."
