If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?
"Our daughter knocked off the passenger side window on our Mazda. The dealer said it would be $200 to replace. We also needed two replacement headlights that the dealer said would be $90 each. Tracy offered to search for a used mirror which she did. We were expecting a $400 bill based on the dealer's estimate. We were thrilled to have a bill less than $200.
