"Completely satisfied with accurately pointing out the problem and fixing it in the time they promised which neither Pepboys and Mossy Nissan could, do to their fraudulent nature. It was just a simple issue, bad balance. Pepboys lied me into spend $1,400. They lied me into believe there was an issue after another and repair after repair but couldn't or didn't fix the problem. Issue was the vibration on the steering wheel and the front of my car on the freeway. They(Pepboys) didn't get rid of it so that they could continue dissecting my car for more money. Since my car is a Nissan I wanted Mossy Nissan to come up with an accurate result. They were just as worse. I paid $50 diagnostic fee so that I get rid of the issue once and for all. Instead, they came up with an estimate of $2,400. I said He'll with it. I'd been driving my car with on going vibration for about a year and getting more problematic so I decide to try Convoy Auto Repair. I went with a technician named Brad Barrick for a drive and he told me it was a bad balance. I didn't believe him at first because balance was done twice in the past so I expected to be something more serious coming from the bad experience in the past. Took him less than an half hour to balance all four wheels. I was somewhat skeptical until I got on the freeway. Sure enough, vibration was GONE. I was in disbelief. I was so happy but bitter and angry about the past of deceit and fraud. I commend Brad for honesty and ethicality . I will recommend everyone I know to this shop and I will be seeing them for future consultation. James"

I had Art bulletproof my 05 F-250 W/12" Bulletproof lift, 40" tires (diesel) and I am more than satisfied with there services.
