"While the mechanical repair was completed in a very timely manner and was of excellent quality, I was furious at the huge 15 inch grease mark on my carpet which I was unable to totally irradicate even though I made multiple a3ttempts at removing the stain. I have never been disappointed in my experience with 59 AUTO over the 11 yearts I have been taking multiple vehicles to be sderviced and maintained. However, because they sublet the transmission work, it was probably the subletter that was not attentive to proper care of the vehicle. One of those paper floor mats would have prevented this occurance."

He is always available to diagnose any trouble and service my cars quickly. I trust his opinions and recommendations- something I don't normally do with a car service business or a dealer's repair shop. He was able to diagnose a problem on my under warranty Nissan Altima even after the dealer had seen it twice and "couldn't find anything wrong".
