"I never feel demeaned for being a stereotypical female who has limited vehicle knowledge, in fact I feel empowered to learn if I want. I trust them and believe I'm being taken care the way they would a family member. The only inconvenience is that I live ten minutes from them and work another twenty minutes from them. It's not easy to get my vehicle there, but totally worth the way I am treated!!"
