"I had my scheduled appointment, and was offered coffee or tea. Before the service was complete I was informed of what is needed for my vehicle. I was politely reminded of my "doggie dollars". Upon leaving I was presented with a "goodie bag" which was a nice surprise. The female aspect of the shop is a plus!!!!"

"Went in for a problem with my brake lights... wouldn't turn off. I found the problem to be a small plastic piece that broke off. I substituted a piece of cardboard and took it in the next morning. After I provided information at the desk and was going to my car to get my coffee but I needed the keys to get in. That's when I was told that it was unlocked and the plastic piece was replaced! All done! I know that if I took my car to the dealer, I would have had to wait for an hour or two and maybe longer just for them to get to it."

"Coasted into Reno. Tow truck drivers gave them high marks. While conducting business I noticed that they did not have even one unhappy client. All had smiles, lacked anxiety and most were return customers. Clean and efficient up to date workstations and customer area. ALL a good sign, but this was topped off by being billed $ 100.00 less than quoted. Still running strong. Work was done in a timely and cost effective manner, I could have repaired it myself with the tools on hand but as a mechanic I will can vouch that it would not have bee worth the trouble. I was not overcharged for the part.We (family) are very happy with the service and would return when in Reno and now even other locations with the same franchise and warranty."
