They told me that it was under warranty, found the information and got it replaced for free. I only had to pay for labor. To me, that was more than fair. "The coupon I presented indicated that the oil change special was for oil and filter.
I wish I had looked a little closer at the invoice on checking out as I was charged an additional $6.95 for the filter. Not counting that I brought my own Mobile 1 oil because you didn't have this type of Mobile 1. There was no credit offered because I brought my own oil and I was not asking for that but was disappointed that you charged for the filter that was supposed to be included. It's really not worth it for me to drive back to try to get a credit for this small amount."
