"This is only the second car shop, in my life, seriously, that I've ever found where I can take my car with ZERO worries. My other shop I've long dealt with doesn't handle BMW's much, so it's a complete relief to have found LBR. They have exceeded my hope and expectation at every turn. I know they will be straight with me, fair on everything they do, and their professionalism and courtesy is always above and beyond. For my BMW, I sure don't want to pay dealership rates, or hassle with dealership egos/rip-offs, so I am completely thankful to have LBR taking care of my car. I won't ever take it anywhere else. If you want a shop you can trust, which is so rare in the auto/mechanic industry, go to LBR, they are simply the best, period. Maybe this sounds a bit like I'm gushing, but, having been to bad shops, my thankfulness for a great shop, for LBR, is pretty limitless. Car repairs/maintenance is never fun, but having a shop I can trust makes all the difference for me."

"I used to drive a tow truck years ago and learned that mechanics aren't trustworthy. Being from California, my wife's car broke down in Las Vegas. I didn't have a choice but to call for a mechanic. Called AAA and they gave me a list of "AAA approved" mechanics. German Motors was the second one I called because the first shop I called was closed. After the initial diagnosis, the issue was as I suspected. Either way, I was at the mercy of the mechanic. We had to go back to California while the car was being fixed and Sean, hope I spelled it right, searched for every possible way to fix it, I was also concerned with the cost vs. cost for more repairs in the long run. We told him to fix it. Once it was fixed, I told him we'll drive out there to pick it up the next day... He said they'll clean the car for us by the time we got there (how many mechanics do that?), once we picked it up, there were expected hick ups and it didn't run right. We drove it back to him and they got right on it and it was running good. Next day he gave me a courtesy call to see how it was running (once again, how many mechanics do that?). Over all, I'm happy with their service and, so happened, recommended German Motors to a local resident that we know in Las Vegas. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could because mechanics just don't act like that. Thank you very much, I wish I could send more people your way."

It is very difficult to find a trustworthy repair shop that won't take advantage of you. German Motors always quotes me prices that are much lower than what I had anticipated to pay.
