"Hi Sam, this is Tom from Be a Dazzled. The service to replace the FLEX JOINT on our BMW X3 was performed well except it did not solve the issue we had hoped. The rear of the car still bucks under acceleration or deceleration. I am thinking it could be related to the rear end Differential but I need to bring it back in for further diagnostic. Let me know when I could bring it back in. Thanks Tom"

"Can't say enough good things! After replacing the engine in my car they followed through with all the after care well beyond my expectations and certainly beyond the standard established by other garages and dealerships with whom I have experience. While I was there they found a flat tire and repaired that, too. When I went to pay for the flat repair I discovered there is no charge for flat repairs; that as a courtesy. The follow-up pursuant to replacing the engine they checkchecked out the car and all of the moving parts. This was included as part of the engine repair! Normally service providers charge for an oil change, again exceeding the standard of a typical dealership or garage. Suffice it to say we were astonished. Not only were their prices better then taking the car to a dealer but the aftercare that Integrity Auto provides is exceptional. Additionally, everyone was polite and happy. Scheduling was easy. The waiting room was comfortable and because they schedule carefully there was only a modest time to wait. Overall a wonderful experience"
