"I took my car in for air conditioning service and the technician found the source of a Freon leak. Unfortunately it was in the compressor and the manifold assembly line. Before starting work on my car, they called to let me know what the problems were and requested authorization to begin work. This is one of the things I appreciate about Schertz Auto Service, they will always let you know what's wrong, what it requires to fix the problem, and the total "drive out" cost, no surprises when you go to pick up your car. The entire staff at Schertz Auto Service are courteous, professional and care about doing the job right the first time. The shop is the cleanest I've ever seen and very well organized. I highly recommend them for any problems you're having with your vehicle."

"I knew I had quite a bit of work to do on my truck a 2002 F 150. All was done well but I know that the alighnment would be a problem because there are no adjusting screws and only washers that change the alighnment. They adjusted the caster, camber and toe-in and I will have to follow it closely to see if alignment is needed."
