"Let me begin this review by explaining my Mercedes is not a car or SUV; it's a 25 foot RV....8 feet wide and about 12 feet tall plus the antennas! No problem for Concours! They provided the same level of service and care for my RV that they provided for my other two vehicles serviced at Concours. All three of my vehicles needed their scheduled maintenance so they arranged for me to drop off the first vehicle and gave me a ride home, then I drove the next one up and picked up the vehicle they just finished. All my vehicles were returned to tip top shape in less than a week, and two had problems. Concours is efficient and their prices are lower-to-similar compared the what dealerships charge; however, I cannot place a price on the cost-savings I realized from having the cooperation and flexible scheduling offered at Concours or the knowledge that my vehicles were serviced properly!"

They could not have been nicer or more professional, also the cost came in under their original estimate! For a family on a budget that really means a lot. I highly recommend it."

"Having a good experience at an auto repair shop is a rarity. Apparently it is easy at Heritage. They charged a very fair price for the work that they did. They refused to do additional work that would have been extremely costly and instead offered me alternatives. They were easy to communicate with and extremely friendly."

"We experiebced a battery problem that was quickly and accurately diagnosed by the sales manager at Auto Europa. The car was delivered to Auto Europa and within a half a day, the car was ready to be picked up. On another completely different topic, my wife and headed north on a trip to Northern Michigan. Just north of Atlanta, we got a message on our dashboard that there was a problem with our suspension system. A cell phone call to Andy provided us with sage advice which we followed. An independent mechanic in Chattanooga scanned the system and helped clear codes that were considered to be in error. It was a geat comfort to hear Andy's voice from afar and his calm demeanor was most appreciated. We completed the trip with two more days of driving and the trip was without incident. Thanks Andy."
