Needed my older Ford Explorer AC recharged before a trip in August and Eastside Autoworks was able to get the car in quickly the day before we were leaving. They found the AC system could not be recharged with the current older freon it had, but with some extra time they could upgrade the AC system and recharge the AC with the newer freon. They also found a leak in a power steering connection. I needed to use the car the next day and was not able to leave it for the AC upgrade at that time. I was given a write up of needed AC work along with a note about the power steering leak on a no charge invoice. I figured I would be charged something for the time for the diagnosis and seeing that I was not shows me that Eastside Autoworks is more than fair. I plan to drop the Ford off at Eastside Autoworks soon to have the AC upgraded and to get the leaking power steering connection fixed."
