"I was on my way to a funeral when my temperature gauge went to red and stayed there. The owner's manual indicated a fix was needed ASAP or permanent damage would be likely. I pulled in to Portland Automotive Inc. and met Rasheam. He was so incredibly kind and helpful. He went out of his way to work with me immediately so I would not be late for the funeral. He had his mechanic take a look and explain the most common reasons for the problem and what they could do to help me for the least cost. They both were very professional. They lent me a car (no charge!) so I would not be late for the funeral. They fixed my car for less than the estimate. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with this business!"
