"Staff kept you up to date on what repair status was. Sent total inspection results first, discussed charges and did only work authorized. Since this work was done on a 2000 Cadillac some things were not done due to cost but I, the customer, know what repairs still need to be done in a timely manner, not immediate, so they can be planned for. Thank you staff!!!!!!!!!!!!"
