"My fiancé and I take both of are Subarus here. For oil changes brakes I feel comfortable with any work they do. I feel they are honest . We had taken one of our car to the dealership and they had 3 sheets and 7k they felt we needed to do. We then came to LBR and it was all B.S. they told us what we needed and it wasn't even close to previous quotes. Thank you! ps. We go here regularly. Ryan /faye"

"My Hondas have always been exclusively serviced by Westlake Independent.....and I mean over 20 years. In fact I just bought my 6th Honda through Westlake Auto Sales."

"My engine light was on and they told me to bring it in right away to diagnose the problem.... no waiting. They did a complete inspection of the car also at no charge. Diagnosis was a faulty oxygen sensor. Since my car just hit 100,000 mile I asked if they could do that service also. I really appreciated their same day email report with pictures and recommended services that my car needed. No pressure to have everything done right away. They replaced the oxygen sensor with original Honda parts and I also had the valves adjusted, new spark plugs, oil change and air and cabin filters replaced. The car runs like NEW.......Will definitely return for my next service and repair. I am glad to find a shop that takes time to explain things, is honest and has reasonable prices. And they washed my car."
