"I have been taking my cars to Viking Automotive for at least 15 years. As a woman, I appreciate that they readily explain things but do not talk down to me, and do not try to oversell me on additional maintenance items that aren't really needed. The only reason I did not give them five stars is that there has been a bit of turnover at the front office recently. The stability of their long term staff members is one of the reasons that I keep coming back, and feel reassured and confident that my vehicles are in good, knowledgeable and experienced hands."

However the guys at Roy Foster's ran a pretty thorough diagnostics and were able to pinpoint the problem and gave me an accurate estimate of the repairs. From the start to finish I was kept in the loop. Mike did an awesome job of communicating with me about what was going on with the car and I would return to them for any repair should the need rise again."

They could have done it anyway (cha-ching) but that's not the way they do business. I was glad to have saved the money."

"They do good work, honor coupons for savings, and I've never felt that they added anything unnecessary to run up the bill. In fact, one time a quick inspection suggested the car needed brakes, but when I took it to them to do the work, they found that it wasn't really needed at that time. That saved a lot of expense that wasn't really necessary. That's honesty and integrity that builds confidence in a shop."
