The service was fast, efficient and I couldn't believe how quickly the repairs went. They were friendly and saved me a lot of money. These guys showed me they deserve my respect and I am very grateful for the ease with which they helped solve my car problems."

They are very good at prioritizing which are the most important items to be serviced and letting you know which items you can hold off on. "Airport Automotive was a lifesaver. My car had a freak encounter with a razor blade kicked up by the car in front of me on the beltway on the way to the airport. I was leaving on a weeklong trip, and although I made it to the airport parking lot, I knew it was serious and assumed the transmission was shot. Called Marcin and he gave me the name of a towing company who picked it up at the parking lot and brought it to Marcin. He was able to determine it wasn't the transmission but the transmission cooler which was damaged by the razor blade. He handled the repair while I was away, and kept me informed along the way. It was great to return from my trip and not have to deal with a broken down car in an airport parking lot when I got home. He was great about paying over the phone and made sure the keys were available to me even though they were closed on Sunday when I got back to pick it up. Was great to deal with someone who actually cared about the customer. I based picking this shop based on other Yelp reviews since I wasn't from the area. Would highly recommend."

"My car had a leak and I had recently moved and needed it fixed quickly, they were able to get my car in within a few days of calling (compared to other places who are booked for weeks) and got it done in one day! They kept me updated and made a follow up call just to make sure it was still working fine days after I got it back. The only downside is they are a little expensive but still cheaper than a lot of other places. 10/10 will go back to get anything else I need done."

"It was time for my smog check. Scheduled the appointment. I showed up on time. My vehicle was promptly serviced, and within 30 minutes, had passed and I was on my way. Couldn't have been easier. I am very pleased. Polite staff. Will definitely be back."

"I found Griffins when Clark was working out of the garage next to his home so you have to know that was a long time ago. One of the things I admire most about Clark is his ability to diagnose problems. Most recently I knew I had a big problem and needed to get it fixed. When I sat down with him and described the symptoms the first two ideas he mentioned were tires and brakes. He was right for I needed both new tires and extensive front brake repairs. I am so pleased with how quickly they got me in and the quality of their work. I'll be back next time my Toyota needs service or repairs."
