"Greeted with a smile once I came in the door (always appreciated). I checked in and they got to my car in record time and I was out of the lobby within 45 mins. I do have to have a light assembly replacement, but at least they were honest and didn't break my light housing to fix my DRL light."

"I was impressed with the experience I received from start to finish, regardless of the expense. The front door service (pick up) a surprise, but a greatly welcomed. Their knowledge was impressive. They took their time discussing my cars' different issues, and non-issues too, per my questions. It was not a hurried experience. They have an evident level of integrity and will only work on what is necessary to be sure your car is a safe ride, for you and others on the road, without trying to sale you on the idea of fixing what is not necessary. However, they will note what they see on the initial inspection. It's up to you, the customer, to make informed decisions and the team at Advanced Auto will be sure you receive all necessary information.
