"We arrived before scheduled opening time of 8AM..Great to see the doors opened promptly at 8AM as advertised. Service writer Gary was extremely friendly and documented our repair order quickly and we were on our way. Notified later in the afternoon of needed repairs and authorization. Said our vehicle would be ready for pickup at 4PM and it was. Again staff extremely friendly and we were on our way in a timely manner. I did notice that repair area was immaculate along with the customer waiting area. Overall a great experience and never got the feeling that unnecessary repairs would be needed or done without my approval. A great experience and I will return."

They went over the inspection line by line making sure I understood it. They made their recommendations and then I decided what I wanted to be repaired. "Always good service at a fair price. Never a problem. I have recommended this shop to everyone that will listen. They all say that this is the most honest auto body shop in the world. When you find a mechanic you trust you stick with them. I left using dealer mechanics many years ago and i'll never go back. Many times they've fixed little things on my car for free. Never, ever did a dealership do this for me. They are always busy and there's a reason for that. If they made me wait 3 weeks for service i would still wait. I've never had to wait for 1 day!!! Best mechanics ever. The front office guys give you sound advice even when you don't want to hear it. Sometimes you need to listen. Best shop ever! Got my timing belt replaced with a water pump for a completely reasonable deal. They also suggested changing the alternator belt. Absolutely, took the advice!! another Great day at 59 auto!!!"
