"Hi my name is Jennifer and I am a single mother of 3 wonderful boys I went to a repair shop by my house for a check engine light that came on and it was over the weekend the place kept my car for about a week and still didn't know what was going on a bunch of idiots who didn't know their ass from a hole in the ground if you ask me so by the 5th day of it being there i was getting pissed so I called Action Towing and they came and got my car right away originally I was going to have it towed to the Ford Dealership but then Alex was asking me about my car and my situation and he call the Shop Manager at Pro Auto Care and his name id Don and explained to him my situation and Don told him to bring my car there and by the next morning they called to tell me what was wrong with my car and got it fixed the very next day come to find out my car has 2 fuel pumps which the other shop didn't know which is pretty damn sad if you ask me. Don from Pro Auto Care is an awesome person and saved the day by fixing my car and I can't say enough good things about him I will be bringing my car back to them all then time to get fixed. They are an honest shop who will do anything they can to help you out and make you comfortable. Thank You guys so much for helping me out ."

"Was having a/c problems. A/C would not blow cold at stops or in bumper to bumper traffic. Previous mechanic changed out expansion valve, dryer, and condensor. Still had same problems. Next step was to change out the compressor, but it was blowing cold at times, so I wanted another opinion. Honest-1 found the fan clutch wasn't engaging. They quoted me a reasonable price, fixed the car on time, and actually charged me less than what they quoted. Repair shops NEVER do that! They have earned my future business."

The owner of the shop, Roger McIntyre is genuinely professional,courteous,and most of all Honest!! After having an air conditioning problem diagnosed to be the compressor and repaired the very same day was quite amazing.
