"I took my car in to get my brakes inspected. It was my first time going to the shop and I was greeted with friendly service. Now I have a hard time trusting mechanics or auto shops in general, and I can tell you that my first experience was probably the best I've ever had in terms of service and trustworthy-ness. What I really liked about the service is the transparency. They give you a run down of all the problems the car has, and recommendations on what the car will need in the future. I really liked how they showed pictures of my car and the parts that were inspected. They gave me a run down on the screen on what was going on, and also made a list and estimate for how much it'll cost. Overall, I really appreciated this and think it's a great way to show the customer what is really going on. Not alot of auto shops do this. I was helped by Hector for most of the service, and he was a really cool down to earth fellow. And their secretary was especially nice. So far, I'm giving a five star rating due to the shops excellence, and will be returning for future service on my vehicle. Great work!"
