"As we have commented before:. Westlake Independent is the reason we drive two Hondas. In our experience they are extremely competent, scrupulously honest, and fair. We made this determination years ago when we had an intermittent starting with a Honda we have since sold. Westlake Independent couldn't replicate the problem when we brought it in, but they replaced a part that they thought was the likely culprit. Amazingly they said don't pay us now. Drive it around for a while and if it fixes it you can drop by and pay us. It did and we did, but we have never forgotten and they haven't changed in our experience. This is the place to take your car if you have a Honda and reason enough to switch to Honda if you don't."
