"Service and personnel is top notch but follow through on communication is definitely an issue. I made an appointment a week prior to my service and the person I talked with made some notes and said they'd call me back or talk to me at the appointment prior to service. That never happened. On the day of, I didn't receive a call that my car was ready. Only an email with inspection results arrived. When I later called to discuss things, they needed to call me back and never did...I just finally showed up to pick up the car and discuss things. Little details like followup communication is often a shortcoming. But I'll still keep coming back. Can't beat your staff for knowledge and friendliness and integrity."
